Refund Policy
Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or a refund. Store credit is issued for the value of the item, excluding original postage. Items purchased with a discount code are still eligible for return under these same terms.
Once we receive your return, we'll assess it against our return conditions (see our Shipping & Returns page). If it qualifies, you can choose between:
- Store credit, to use toward a different item or the same item in another size
- A refund to your original payment method

Proof of postage must be sent to us within 14 days of delivery. Returns or store credit requests made after this window can't be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Bespoke & custom orders: made-to-order handmade sets (including those made for photographers) are exchange-only and not eligible for a refund, given their custom nature.
Digital patterns: because these are delivered instantly as downloadable files, digital pattern purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
A small note on colour: monitor and lighting differences can cause slight variations in how colours appear online — this isn't considered a fault.
